Good afternoon everyone. As I am sitting here in Cleveland, TN on my jobsearch/vacation, I can't help but be upset at a claim from a so-called radio ministry that the world will end in a couple of days.
First off...last I checked, there are some words in red (with my emphasis added) that specifically say, "Now concerning that day and hour no one knows -- neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son -- except the Father only." (Matt 24:36, HCSB) That means these people are stupid if they think their Heavenly Hotline has access to when Jesus is to come back. Obviously, it isn't the first time we've heard of people claiming they know of when the world ends. Jesus even warned of them back in that time (read Matt 24 to get the full context).

Secondly...the fact that this is a radio organization that's touting this is really upsetting. I know, there's this First Amendment thing, but it would make the non-Christian think that all Christian radio stations are completely "cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs".
Ok, I'm off my soapbox for now. Don't know about the rest of you, but hopefully the ones who are saying that Saturday's the day we're outta here will wind up being in church the next day repenting for lying. As for me, I'm not worried. I know in whom I believe!!!!
